Halloween Fun!

To celebrate Halloween, the boys and girls in Room 3 enjoyed a fun filled afternoon with lots of games and fun!! Visiting all the primary one classes, we made scary bats, played spooky scary games and touched wicked witches potions and spell ingredients in some feely bags! We also got the chance to go 'dooking for apples'!! Although we got a bit wet, it was super fun!!! .. .. ..

Autumn Artwork

Mrs Wallace and Miss Mains are suitably impressed at the work by all the budding artists in Room 3! Our classroom is looking just beautiful with all that we have made. Recently, we created beautiful Autumn trees (inspired by American artist Natasha Wescoat), using torn paper and black fine line pens. We painted a seasonal sky using warm colours. Aren't these trees just wonderful??? .. ..

European Day of Languages

To celebrate European Day of Languages, P1C enjoyed a wonderful French themed afternoon! We played in a role play travel agents with a bureau de change (complete with passports, Euros and travel information to France), used construction materials to build famous French landmarks and we helped Camembear (our travelling French teddy bear friend) talk and sing in French. The highlight of the afternoon was our French cafe though! Everybody loved tasting the delicious French food our teachers had prepared - we tasted croissants, crepes, french cheese and meat, baguettes with french jam, french onion soup and french orange juice. What a great time we had!!! .. ..

Buddy photos (as promised!)...

Primary 1C just love their Primary 7 buddies! Here are some pictures of us with our P7 pals! .. ..
