Rocket Designs

Miss McCabe thought she would set us another cooperative team challenge because we had completed our 'orbit' challenge so well! Each team had to design and make a rocket, using only the materials provided. We had to plan and draw our design first. Miss McCabe gave us tricky success criteria - our rocket had to have heat tiles, rocket boosters, an orbiter, engine and fuel tanks.

If you listen closely to our videos, you will hear our group leaders describing our work. We also go the chance to do the filming by ourselves - Miss McCabe showed us how to record using our class camera!
